Our Logo
Our Logo is highly symbolic.
The largest gold ellipse represents the exact width and the length of Italy. We are an international school but with profound and embedded Italian roots.
The middle bordeaux ellipse instead represents the region Emilia Romagna, not as a regional entity but as a way of working and producing. Here social responsibility is taken very seriously and the Regione always takes afirst in this respect . The Region is also the Italian leader for environmental competency . The Bordeaux colour though is a tribute to France , a country we often visit and dialogue with.
The green ellipsis, the smallest, represents the CampusDellaModa. The Campus was born to promote and sustain the regional economy and in the meantime to connect the production infrastructure of Carpi to larger scale realities both nationally and internationally. In a way the entire district has become part of the Campus operation, with fashion companies constantly opening their doors in superbly collaborative way .
Fact : No other fashion school in Europe has so many fashion companies within a 5km radius.
We chose the ellipse as it does not have any spikes or corners . It’s a fluid geometric shame, dynamic and sinuous, that without effort moves in space, mutates and demonstates harmony. CampusDellaModa promotes collaboration , teamwork , employee welfare ,mutual respect as the method of working in a fashion company . We are the antithesis of the self perpetuating arrogant model sometimes still found in fashion today . Look hard and you will see the new fast dynamic fashion companies just don’t work like that any more .
From whichever angle you look at it , the ellipse always offers a different – and more importantly – a creative point of view. A little bit like moving within Italy itself.
